Linkster: Thanks for the info. I think I need to get some content in the near future for promotion.

Sean: Yeah, perhaps I should be a bit more in aware of when the sponsor contents is put up. I guess I have been pushing content that have been already pushed out.

Alphawolf: Lesbotrick was the first site I promoted with pimproll and got me my first sales. They just dropped in very quickly and I thought that I had finally found something that I could successfully promote lol.... But again I was wrong...lol But I started to push some of the other sites they have and have not had a single sign up on those. But again I have not been able to get as much traffic to those as I did to Lesbotrick. Right now I am up at 1:340 on lesbotrick, but due to the lack of traffic the result is not very good. Ebony Dymes I have done 2 sites, but no sales. But again with the limited traffic I have been getting the result is also not very good. Right now it is 0:342. Lesbian sistas I have only done one site with and only got 138 uniques to it so no sales on that either. I have usually been listed good at penisbot and Jay's. I just got my account with Tommy and just found out that my blacklisting has been removed so I can start getting listed at GG and the others that uses that list again and I think that will do wonders for the traffic. Perhaps it was not GG that blacklisted me since what I have learned since yesterday is that there are others that put blacklistings in there as well. But I learned my lesson and will be watching out so that I will not build to wide. About 1000 uniques to check if it works sounds wice and I would say that some of the sponsors I have used I will not use again lol. I think I will do a mix with trying to find some sponsors that is not used to much and buy some content when some funds are arriving. Thanks for the link the GG stats. I have not seen that before. Gives me an idea what is very popular and some that might not be used as much.

Paul: Good suggestion about that I should be more aware of what content I use and where I send traffic. I might not having been thinking along those lines before as I have only taken sponsor content, made sites and perhaps not been looking at it from the surfers side. Also I like the idea about checking out the porn reviews to find new sponsors.

Thanks everybody for your excellent posts and helping me finding my proplems and how to solve them. I know have a different view on how to build the free sites and with the traffic problems solved I am sure that things will work out much better. I highly appriciate it!!

Spot the deliberate mistake.

In any business selling is all about empathising with the buyer.

Hi kalle7,

I also think a large part of your problem is the text you are using. Big thing that you are doing is repeating phrase "would you like....." on every page. Never ask a question of a surfer that the answer could be no. You also really really overuse the words click here. I only looked at the first site on the list.

After purchasing content, take a good hard look at the words you use on your sites and how you use them.

Firstly you are getting a far better chance of being listed, secondly the style, niche and "handwriting" of the set fits the target sponsor, thirdly you are building up a wealth of material to use down the line.

Now for the down sides, you have to know what you are buying, what it fits and you have to have the money to spend. But if you start in a business without knowledge or funds how do you expect to succeed?

To make it simple, if you're promoting Iteens, Karups, TeenDream, you would do well to buy from us. I use us as an example because I know what we do.
I understand your point Paul, karups, is a perfect example of a site that I would buy content to promote. The site is huge, the free content is way over used and if you showed the surfer some pics and he signed up, looked through the members section and couldnt find the rest of the set... I doubt he'd even care cause theres so much other stuff. But if I'm promoting college fuck fest or bang bus, or any of those modern reality sites thats where I simply disagree. I do see both sides of the coin, but I dunno, I just wouldn't buy content to promote those sites.

Cheers.

Tev: LOL... You're right! I do use "click here" and "would you like" a lot. Had not noticed that. I think that I'm kind of stuck in this design mode and need to explore a little bit on different ways to do it. I read somewhere that "click here" may give some more click-througs to the sponsor, but I guess it should not bee repeated on every page. And the "would you like" is just a thing from my upbringing. Always be polite lol... But I'm not trying to make the surfer my friend, but selling him some porn - good points - Thanks!

Shags: lol... Paul has got the good stuff |rasta|

Would you buy the content to promote those sites, if you could find a content supplier shooting similar stuff?

You see my rules still applies.

Thank you for the update Alphawolf. Will be putting it in my project notes. Hopefully 5000 will not seem impossible anymore
