Submit your site to relevantporn.com
Doesn't matter what PR your site has, we'll work something out.

marius@nwsolutions.com

webmaster@genious.org

and

suggestions@toonx.com

they all came from garv A T garv.net my standard e-mail address so if you don't know what site I'm talking about I'm a bit worried

Garv, this is not a one man operation.
Email me at webmaster@relevantporn.com and I'll take care of it (if I can). or at least forward it to someone who can.
Is this a design problem? Could have been outsourced?

Hi relevant,

ok here we go my site www.naughtynurses.net

your site

www.sexy-nurses.biz suddenly changed today

the cache on the whois.sc site

http://www.whois.sc/sexy-nurses.biz

the google listing
http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...2Dnurses%2Ebiz

it was in the google cache but seems to have gone

and if you go to

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...ghtynurses.net

hit the link to you end up with this page

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...xy-nurses.biz/

so you have had my number 1 listing naughty nurses removed from google cause they think MY PAGE is the spam one!

You sent an email saying that we had caused your page to drop in Google and that you wanted us to redirect to your website, which was set up. That explains the whois screenshot right?
But since it's been removed now I don't see the problem?
Your site will be picked up next time Google updates?

but why o why copy it in the first place???

I can't see any reason that you copied it over a month ago, I found it on the 15th and e-mailed about it, but it had been like it for some time, then 2 days ago you changed it to my site again just as google was updating. this was just plain cheating. Poor ethics.

lets leave it at that and hope that my page gets back to number 1 at the moment it seems my site has been banned as the spaming page where your site has not.

What a hysterical response...

Sorry, we copied your website and violated your copyright. Had we not been caught and called out, we would have stolen from your sorry ass until death do us part. But, lo and behold, our sorry, lying, thieving asses were caught. Oh. so sorry, we will remove the offending article so you are no longer harmed. But all you other dumb fucks we are stealing from, well, if you are smart enough to catch us we will pull the same lame trick to try to manipulate you. But, Garv, my dear, since we have removed our obvious theft, what is the problem?

Fucking unreal, surreal, and downright fucking stupid enough to piss off even the most mild of participants. What is this guy relevant, aged 12 or what?

As I was told you emailed us demanding that we redirected to your site which we then did, right? You did say that? Then Google probably picked up our redirect?

Whatevre DangerousDave and Whitey is trying to stir up all I can say is that I did not do this. And I was told that your design was never ever copied. The domain was either redirecting or loading your site in a frame for a short period of time, probably to link to something.... relevant...
But it was removed quickly, Google must have picked it up. You email us demanding that we redirect back to you (when you emailed us the redirect was already removed). Google picks the redirect up again, and here we are.

I would be pissed as well. I hope you regain your position in Google.

This person/company has done the same thing to one of my sites. On numerous occasions. I have failed to make contact with them all times.

Anyone with information on how to prevent this or make these people stop please post or email me erik@suthnet.com

PS.

Garv I sent you an email on the same subject.

Erik got your e-mail. I never ever got a reply from them, but the above messages indicated to me that they did recieve my letters and although they ignored them or when I asked them to change their links they re-coppied my entire page with the updated information on my site.

eventually I lost my PR and all listings of my site from a number 1 list to a ban cause of this asshole.

Erik I hope you have better luck than me

Im going to post again here and hopefully stir the pot.

Garv he didn't redirect to your site to help you he redirected to screw you.

He is redirecting by 302. Which google has trouble handling.

302 means the page that is redirected to is a temprary page and spiders going to his site should check back at his page for an update and NOT YOURS! This is why your site and mine have been de indexed. Google is thinking our sites are just temporary.

This guys done this to quite a few people. One of smashingthumbs sites. I saw one for a hoes.com category page. And who knows how many others hes trying this on.

I've emailed google explaing the incident but that was pointless.

Don't know where to go next since the domain owners wont respond and google doesn't give a hoot.

hey eric
yeah I realise it was not a good thing for me at all, I wrote to him every day and wrote all his sponsors I got a few good responses I then wrote his host with a DMCA and he changed the page to the updated version of my site AGAIN. So I threatened legal action and it was changed to the current page, upon changing 2 or 3 days later I lost my PR and all back links.

I am furious about this asshole. but am at a loss for what to do. I hope that his cock falls off real soon.

Unfortunately I think it's time to spend some money to take the stolen profits back from this guy... But what i would really like to know is how this works for his benefit?!

I understand what you are saying about a spider finding the 302 redirect and on his site... and the spider choosing to drop the original page in favour of his copied version...

But after that happens... what does this guy end up with? Does his page get treated as more relevent for the hijacked pages search terms? or does he inherit the hijacked pages PR?

Logic tells me that if google drops one page in favor of another then it would schedule the new page for indexing and probably leave one of those results you see with no title or description until that new page was fully indexed...

If that is what happens to this guys sites I am struggling to see what his strategy is... as that scenario would not bring him any traffic I dont think.

even if he copied your exact design I cant imagine he would also get your PR... therefore he would need his own existing PR domain to do it from... and even then I doubt he could end up with the same SERP spots the genuine domain had.. unless he has found a loophole in the way Google works...

Is his use of a 302 code significant? will that make google drop the original page and use that pages indexed data in results for his new page maybe? ( btw, does he always copy Exactly the source of the hijacked site to his server or is there any changes he makes to the code?)

If his site is redirecting with a 302 I would have thought that meant the spider would think his site was the original and the hijacked site was the temporary location (or do I have my logic wrong there)

Either this guy has found some loophole or he is isnt getting advantage from what he is doing that i can see.

btw... the site he posted asking for linktrades is offline now for some reason.

Garv... I see the nurses domain he is using with your content is hosted here

Name Server: NS1.BLUEGRAVITY.COM
Name Server: NS2.BLUEGRAVITY.COM

I dont believe Tom and the Bluegravity crew would simply ignore a DMCA complaint... If they do.... forget this guy and find a lawyer to go them.. you will have to lodge a proper DMCA complaint first though... if you have already done that and BlueGravity havent acted.. then go straight to GO and Collect $200... you have an open and shut case for a judge... But i would be shocked if you couldn't pick up the phone and call blue gravity and get some sort of help.. a response at least.

Most hosting companies will act on a DMCA complaint I think... maybe a host company owner can give us some advice on that...... Although I recently found out GoDaddy hosting doesnt repect the digital millenium copyright act anymore... they demand you have paid to register your site as copyright before the theft ocurrs... conveniently they sell just such a service now)

Here is link that a webmaster has put up to help others lodge DMCA complaints... (I cant vouch for the accuracy)

Erik i never actually heard back from them but within 4-6 hours of me sending it to them the page was changed

Opti, when he had my page you could hit my back link list in google and it would actually show his site!

it was cached in google as my site and came up instead of mine for the some of the search terms not in the exact places but still higher than any pages I had.

whatever happened it happened very quickly after I sent the DCMA and now the site has been changed with all broken links on their site.
