Analytics vs Clicky

Hi, guess this is kinda newbie question.

I wasted some dollars on trafficholder (sent 5K to a page over a 4 hour period)

While i did this I was monitoring both Google Analytics Real Time and Get Clicky.

( I also made changes to the page while the traffic was going to check what placement got clicks. )

But THEN:
According to Analytics I have a bounce-rate over 90% and most visitors stays a feew seconds (Didn't expect otherwise)

According to Get Clicky the site had a bounce on 54% and an average stay for 2m 22s!!!!!

How on earth is it possible to track traffic so differently?

(After moving things around to better spots, the Average actions quickly got better)
A way to learn is the best way of wasting money at Trafficholder, I guess
