UH-OH accepting submissions

The naked asian gallery post, uh-oh.com, is now accepting Asian gallery submissions:

Picture and movie galleries accepted:

* ASIAN GALLERIES ONLY! Other galleries will be deleted!
* Only ONE GALLERY PER WEBMASTER PER DAY! Other galleries will be deleted!
* Three other TGP recips required. Must be good size TGP's.
* NO FAKE RECIPS! Do not include a recip unless you've submitted the page to that TGP.
* Uh-oh does not post sites with blind links, cheating, copying!
* POP-UP CONSOLES ARE NOT TOLERATED!
* NO REDIRECTION!
* Uh-oh does not post sites with stolen content!

but submitting a gallery to a tgp does not mean that it will be accepted automatically?
