what am I suppose to do
Bought a domain (from godaddy) for a white label. When I go to www.stiffboy.net my theater shows up. But when I type stiffboy.net the home page of the affiliate shows. What am I missing so I can explain to godaddy.

It appears that they set up the CNAME record for your theater for only the www.stiffboy.com account. You need to have them make the same change for the bare domain (without the www.)
However, do you have other sites pushing traffic to it? Most people tend to build a site on their main domain, then, push traffic to theater.domain.com. If you have it on the domain/www.domain, you might find it difficult to get traffic to it.
