Epassporte: can't send for "security reasons"

Anybody had this?

I use epassporte a lot to receive affiliate payments and to send money to people who do work for me.

Just started to try to pay a new worker who has an account and every time I try to send I get some message about this function not being availble for security reasons. Never had this with anybody else.

I've written to epassporte support 3 times -- twice while logged in and once while not logged in -- and got zero reponse.

I got my correspondent in the USA to phone up and they said I should call to be walked through. But I know how to send payments already, and calling ths USA from here is not so convenient.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hony

Accounts from Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Latvia, Pakistan, Vietnam and Malaysia can not send and receive p2p transfers.

If you are located in one of the above countries or is trying to send to someone located in one of these countries you will get that error message.

Accounts located in those countries can only receive transfers from business accounts.
