Your galleries scroll some to the side, this is not appreciated.

I would put some text and a banner or something on the index page aswell, I have a lot of people clicking the banner or text on my index pages.

I would probably center the vertical banner on your main page, it is centered horisontally but not vertically, but that is just my preference.
(in IE it is bottom alligned, in Firefox, top aligned)

other than that it looks ok
