Question re: Oxcash / Bang Bros programs

Okay,

Lets see if I can get this worded at least somewhat clearly...

I have wanted to promote Bang Bus for some time now, and am going to sign up to both of their programs tonight I suppose, but what I'm curious about, is does anybody here have any idea why they split their sponsorship program into two, with one offer crossing both?

When I first came across BangBus, (which was quite some time ago) what stuck in my memory was the "BangBros" logos at the beginning / end of their sample videos. So, when I went to sign up, I went in through BangBros, only to find BangBus isn't under them... its been split off and put under OxCash.

Sign up under OxCash and you can promote OxPassport... which gives the surfer access to all the same sites as if you sign up under BangBros and promote OxPass;

The only real striking difference between the two is that OxCash has BangBus & two other sites listed... which BangBros doesn't; I could see this having a point, if BangBros didn't also promote OxPass which covers all its own sites, as well as all OxCash's sites as well...

Basically I guess what I am wondering, is does anybody on this board have any idea as to the point of the divide btw OxCash and Bangbros? With each one having a site that gives access to all sites across both, the point of splitting them seems... well, kind of pointless?

Its just something that's a point of curiosity in my mind & has been for a while now...

I guess it was to target different webmasters, i think they are both the same company as nastydollars anyway.
