Can anyone tell me what the Wet Place tier value 'system' denotes

Get "site added... tier value=5 [or 6, 7]" emails, but don't know what it means |confused|

Tier 3 - in 99% cases your link is the first on index page
Tier 4 - in 99% cases your among 1-7 first links
Tier 5 - 90% your link appears on index
...

Don't worry about it, I always put them first, and with the other big LL's... But I always get a tier 7 listing.. guess it's some kind of secret algoritm.
