Why woud someone use "your" domain on a web page

I did a search for my free sites last night just to make sure I had all of them in place and didnt miss any when I started using my new PC.

Well, what I found is a site that is using my domain name jesters secret stash dot com on their page and it comes up in a search. Why would they d that? And what if anything can I do about it? As I dont want people to think that I am in any way involved with that site.

EDIT : I know they are using it for SPAM but what can e done about it?

I'd email the abuse addresses at all the major search engines. They don't like spamdexers any more than you like the fucker using your name. That might get his domain blaclisted from google and the like.

That would be revenge enough for me.

looking deeper into the pages each page has a "keyword" as the H1 so its nothing but thousands of spam pages

looks like script auto generated from a popular keyword list from somewhere

Some links list do that -- they print your free site's full URL below the title and description. Of course, you have the option to not submit to those lists.

All you can do with those SPAM sites is report for what they are. http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html Google is pretty good about it. Give them as much info as possible in the "additional details" box.

Well, thank you, I mean I never considered my domain a popular keyword I feel much better about myself today but in all seriousness it does really seem that its just keyword after keyword listed on HTML pages.

maybe popular keyword was the wrong terminology for me to use, sorry

i was trying to answer your question "why would someone do that" and trying to convey that a human didn't choose "Jesterssecretstash.Com", that it was more likely scraped and added automatically by a script.
