How do they trick google?
Ok this kinda pisses me off. I've had the #2 search term for a good shemale keyphrase and today I check it and now I'm #3 because of this entry at #2:

my first guess would be cloaking.
You might be able to view cache of the page and see what google saw when it spidered. Alternatively, a meta-refresh/redirect applied when the useragent isn't googlebot or another SE spider could have been used.

Hm...the cause is the russian site's PR may be? Or some hidden dorways... I don't know...anyway interesting to learn the reasons.
