Cant say that I ever saw that show. Then again here in the boonies with my satellite I dont get ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS or UPN. Its only cable channels for me .. hahaha.
They say we are supposed to get local channels in April, we shall see. |

knowing that I'm risking an extreme flaming:
"The Family Guy" is better and much funnier than "The Simpsons" now, pardon while I got put on my flameproof suit ;-) |

Sykk - Family Guy is very good, but that's like saying the Beatles are better than Elvis or the Stones are better than the Beatles or Zeppelin is better than the Stones......
Simpsons were 1st & will always be the best |

That show is freakin' sweet. I'm glad the DVDs did so well. FG is one of my favorite shows. I've seen every episode like ten times and I'll still pop in a random DVD and watch em all again.

Internet! Is that thing still around?
|
I'm glad it's making a comeback! The Simpsons has gone a bit downhill lately.. I guess after 15 years its tough to come up with new material.

Kids are great, Appu. You can teach them to hate the things you hate and they practically raise themselves now-a-days, you know, with the internet and all
|
Going strictly by laughs per minute, Family Guy probably does have the edge on the Simpsons, but the Simpsons have become such "real people" to me that I catch myself thinking of them as, well, real people. Don't get that with Family Guy.
And Simpsons episodes over the past few seasons have taken a few weeks to get in rhythm. The first few episodes generally are not too great, but by week four or so are back up to speed. That said, it is absolutely kick ass that there are going to be more Family Guy episodes--the show's freakin' hilarious! |

And oh yeah, mrMagoo, the Simpsons ARE better than the Beatles, except maybe for Rubber Soul and the white album.
