Are CapitalCollect and MoneyBookers trustworthy?

I've got a sponsor that stopped sending to epass, and wants to use these online payment services:

http://www.CapitalCollect.com

http://www.MoneyBookers.com

Anybody know wether these services are reliable?

Know anything about them, good or bad?

I'd heard the name Money Bookers before, but that's about it...

I've been using moneybookers in the past, never had any problems with them. Quite a bunch of online services accept moneybokkers payments these days. I've never heard anything bad about them either.

Don't know about capital collect.

I got that email as well:
Dear CuriousCash Affiliate,

I have noticed that you have selected Checks as your payment method.

We no longer offer checks as a payment option. We now offer three alternative payment options.

Wire transfer
www.CapitalCollect.com
www.MoneyBookers.com

Please send us an e mail to webmaster@curiouscash.com and advise what payment option you would prefer along with your CuriousCash Affiliate ID.

No checks, no ePass, $20 wires & 2 services no one has ever heard of

Just for reference in regards to moneybookers.....

This text came from an email I received dated from Oct 2005...
".....change in general policy at Moneybookers in that we will no longer support payment services to providers of adult/erotic content or related services."
I don't know if this is still their current policy, but I also see in their terms and conditions that "payments in order to pay for porn and hardcore content or services" are listed as "forbidden".

I try to avoid the sponsors who do not send out checks. I bet many people do.

I think the part that says " It is strictly forbidden to send payments in order to pay for porn and hardcore content or services" means that you can't use moneybookers as a form of payment as a subscription to adult sites.

Yep, that's pretty much how I interpreted it as well. But coupled with the email I mentioned, it doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling in regards to being a payment option...

No cheques?? that seems kind of ridiculous. MoneyBookers has been around for a long time, it's probably the biggest online money transfer company. Not very well known in adult, but it's pretty popular in the casino/sports betting world.

haha, I see your point

But no, really... the sportsbooks are huge and completely legal in Europe, Moneybookers is well established and reliable. I have no idea about the other one though.

I'd still be a little worried about their terms regarding adult though.

Are CuriousCash Russian? I only ever have that problem with Russian sponsors, and I assumed it was because either too many crooked banks in Russia, or too many Rape and Kiddie Porn sites over there, for other country's banks to trust.

Yeah, seems the colonies always go to pot after we give them independence. Look at that big one just North of Mexico, for example.

This may seem like a stupid question, but why can't sponsor programs pay you your commission electronically into your account

Most do, but they charge about $20 per transaction.
