How you check site in time of trade

Hello it is very interesting how you check web pages which you want to trade. What you check first and what next steps you do then.

I just check the PR and ask about traffic...some times it help

I am mostly interested if the site is being indexed, when I trade back with people I like to offer a level of PR from an established indexed page

I check that they have some decent PR (like for like) I check that they are listed in google and I also check the cache as I have been cheated before and finally I try and check the source code to ensure that the page they are offering does not operarte an <iframe> tag or a nofollow command.

I check PR then have a look at Alexa to see how much traffic is happening. If I know someone though it's usually just a done deal.
