Whatever happened to the penalties for nuisance suits? Have the courts become so politically correct that they must address even the silliest of claims?

This guy shoudn't be allowed to carry a weapon if he's accidentally going to shoot anything around children. I don't think the video is the reason. The guys is simply not competent. Ass Hole!

I half expected him to start yelling and freaking out. Yeah, he is an arrogant tool, but at least he manged to remain calm under the circumstances and ask if everybody else was all right...
...and that's the only bright side to the whole fuck up.

Wow...
I am certainly glad no kids were hit, kind of surprized the school didn't go into lock down mode though... after all, I gun was fired off in a school. I think the kids showed GREAT intelligence when the ass was asking for another weapon and the kids said NO, PUT IT DOWN... lol So now he is suing, what a joke... I agree, the kids (or kids parents) should sue! Ben
