So, Where do I start

So, Where do I start how do I start. How is money made? Yeah yeah affilaite programs I know. Creating several different websites has taught me one thing. They don't get traffic.

I don't know if it would be better to sell adult products, tits N ass, or the cum date me sites. Create a community site. memebers site or just be a promoter for the affiliate programs.

I want to make some money webmastering adult sites. I have taught myself web skills (html, perl cgi, css, and a fair amount of php). Llikely the most formally uneducated person here, doesn't mean I am dumb just little slow on the uptake.

A friend of mine says I am tech web savy to sell anything other than how create websites and functionality.

Simple thing to do is build free sites. You don't need money for partner accounts mostly. All you need to do is build and submit. Follow the rules. Buy some content as much as possible and away you go.

Building free sites teaches you many things. How to generate traffic. How to generate sales. What sponsors might work for you better than others.

Anything else you do requires knowledge or money. Free sites are easy.

One comment about traffic... generating it is only the first step, although the most important. Learning how to direct it where you want it, filter it, using it to generate more traffic are all key parts to making more money.

I suggest doing a search of this forum using the keyword traffic, you should find more than a few gems of wisdom.

Waht I can say is that best way to start is to have like somebody to help and give you pointers I have learnt alot like that and fast too it takes you a lot of time to learn everything on your own.

Good advice to build and submit free sites you can find rules at all the linklists and you just build sites with their rules and if they get accepoted they will get traffic and in the future search engine traffic too...

You could also try free hosting initially and once you are doing great you could go for big ones

Thanks Vasi, Travs, Toby and Ramster.

So, basically Build Pages / Free Sites
Learn about Keyword traffic and how to manage it
find a mentor and keep Building Free sites.

Uhm, Travs, what do you mean Run a Chat studio.. Wanna fill me in on that?

I was checking out some of the resources here on this website and came across A Script called Site Organizer. Any one here use it?

Somehow I don't see that as a good idea for someone brand new in the biz who has no idea how to generate traffic.

Okay, So I am making a free site. I figure I will create a template layout down first adding in elements that will allow me to change affiliate codes and other such things. Along with some randomizing text. when I have it done I will post it here.

Yeah, run a Chat studio... nah that's selling my time and labor which ends up limiting my ability to make money in the long run. If I wanted to do that I would go flip burgers. No offense ment Travs but I rather use my skills to make money.

Some may consider me lazy in that area but I'd rather work to live not live to work. I figure Webmastering or what ever this is I am going into will be a viable means of semipassive income once I get my Sh*t going.

The best place to start is probably Newark followed closely by Boise

Ok time for a serious answer: First read everything you can about this biz. After about 6 months find a mentor.

Then post your questions.

wowza,,, what the??
Newark uh? damn I was kinda hoping Miami

I pretty much finished the functionality bits for creating the galleries I think I am going to target the sexy babe cam chat programs offered by a couple sponsors I came across. Along with some product sale gotta figure if they are looking at porn they are looking to get off why not give the "tools" to do it better.

Going down the free site and gallery building will require some hard work and effort on your part. Be prepared to work hard at it and dont be disapointed if the money doesn't start rolling in straight away.

Here are some useful links which I found very helpful to the learning process:

Free site and gallery tutorials:
Making money with freesites and galleries
PF69s Freesite guide
Iggysicks free site tutorial

Here are the tools I use for making freesites and galleries - these work really well for me but everyone is different and has thier own techniques and tools:
Advanced Submitter - I use this to create recip tables easily and because you have full control over your submit database. It also makes the submit process very easy.
Arles Image Web Page Creator - I use this to help make the gallery pages
Roboform - Allows you to fill in forms quickly and easily, especailly important if you dont use a program like advanced submitter.

You will find some great resources in the resource section for GGandJ.

Have a look at some of the affilliate programs I use on my Adult Affiliate Programs page.

Here are some even more useful links.

Hope all those help
