Pictures of my cat... well, my pets anyway.
I'm new here, so I don't know how often people post pics of their pets. I don't have any cats like the forum description says... but I do have pets. I raise CockRoaches.
Some people freak out about that... however, the only difference between you and I, is that I keep my roaches in an aquarium, you let yours run free all over your house.   MadSex  This one gallery gets linked to all over the world and this will be only the 4th time I've personally posted it anywhere. These sexy roaches are world famous because of these pics. (Learn from it)

LOL.. is aquarium the wrong word for it? It's glass, and it keeps them from crawling all over the house. It's just like the ones they use for fish, except there is not a lot of water in it.

Oh man thats just sick. I hate bugs roaches most of all. There was one time I was training in the military and we had to lay on the gound all quite like and not move for what seemed like days but it was for 2 hours. Well short end of this story was jugg got yelled at pretty bad when one of those dam bugs walked over my sholder and I went running like a girl, screaming "GET IT OFF ME!!!!" So much for training. according to the instructor I had just gotten myself killed by letting the enemy know my possition. LOL I said what enemy? My friend Tom ws 30 feet away. that also did not go over to well. Those bugs suck man, never figured out what they are useful for in nature. YUK!!!!

Everything has a purpose... Cockroaches are strong. They were here before us, and they'll be here long after us.
As far as figuing out what purpose things serve in nature, what about humans? I have done nothing in my life outside of planting a few trees here and there to "better serve nature". WE are useless in our environment. We contribute nothing to the eco system. We are the top of our urban food chain but among the bottom of the natural food chain. In the water we'd be eaten by sharks. In the wilderness most of us would die. In our concrete jungles we survive on fast food and processed meats. We are the weak. VIVE LA ROACH!

Interesting point of view and you happen to be right... but I still prefer having my cat as a pet then the roaches.... If I should happen to lose everything and move to the projects I'll have all the pet roaches I never wanted:-)

Those guys are cool! I used to have a giant vinegaroon for a pet that a friend from AZ sent me in the mail. He has them wild in his yard. The bad part was that my wife opened the package - LOL!
Here's what a vinegaroon looks like: http://www.petbugs.com/caresheets/ga...-giganteus.jpg They have a unique defense system where they emit an acid at the base of their tail that smells like vinegar and they wave their tail spraying it all over. It burns pretty bad if it gets in your eyes and it turns your skin red if you have sensitive skin. It died about a year ago and my wife still celebrates the day.

I'm still trying to get rid of my centipede problem. I'm still finding a few inside my house each day and today I swept out my garage and there must have been close to a thousand of the nasty little things.
I've anyone wants some centipede pets contact me for a really good deal on them.  |
