Accepting freesites on blogs?

Do link list owners have a problem with freesites being accepted on blogs, with recip link to the blog? Or should all recip links be to link lists only?

I seem to remember this question coming up during last week's OTB, and someone (possibly MML) stated that all recips had to go to free site link lists, or else it would be cause for rejection.

I noted it because I almost put a tgp recip on a free site recip table. (I've submitted a few galleries and got some recips mixed up.)

What about having 2 recip tables - the main LL one, and a smaller, more discrete "other" one for TGPs, Blogs and other sites.

I'd be hesitant, since blogs don't get as much traffic generally as link lists
