Anyone Else Been Shitcanned By Bang Bros?

Been with BangBros a few years now, since around 2005, and had 2 accounts with them, after asking first if there was a way to set a campaign to track adwords sales, and being told the best way was to create a 2nd account.

Lost my login details for both accounts after a HDD crash in 2008, and after a bit of to-ing and froing, retrieved both sets of details.

Noticed today one of the accounts as having the red square in statsremote, and found I was getting this message:

"Your login is correct, but your account has not yet received final approval.
Your account has been banned"

Sent an email asking what the problem was, and recieved:

"To reactivate this account we require that you verify your ID with us. You can do this by sending us a copy of your passport or license to affiliates @ bangbrosonline.com"

Sent my passport scan, asked what the problem was, and stated my other account was active, to get the reply:

"Sorry but we are unable to reactivate your account. from a business standpoint we cannot reopen your accounts."

To which I checked my other account, and sure enough, they've shitcanned that one also lol.

I'm a bit stumped by this, and can only assume it's for 'fraud', which is from what I've read on various boards over the years, the only issue that elicits such a non-explanatory response to an inquiry as to why an account has been terminated.

Anyone else had issues with them?

Well thanks to the copy & paste I had a rep hit me up and got to the bottom of the problem, with a good end result for both parties :)

I think they changed their stats program, or login url or something along those lines

This happened to me too ... Tomorrow I will redirect all Bangbros reviews to another similar websites and not allow submissions to my directory with Bangbros content.

This is a medieval sponsor... They said that Brazil is not welcome. They do not understand the new global reality... They think that the world is only the USA.

I was told I had a high CB ratio. Things I'm reading now though are making me wonder.

Its still bullshit to shitcan your account. Chargebacks are up everywhere.

Yes... CBs are high for all non-US accounts.

bang bros scares me...I think they're they best program going and I like to promote them because they have the most sites for the best price and the hottest chicks, however, I've heard too much shit about them and shaving and being over promoted and then to boot, they removed all of their old banners and insist on this new java format that is very limited. Their customer support sucks too...I'm not sure whose on their chat support for ICQ, but it doesn't seem like they understand the questions they're asked...whatever...I don't have a reason to quit promoting them, but more importantly, I don't want one...that's a lot of links to replace...

The cure for that is http://lastpass.com/ all your passwords are remote and encrypted, plus you have little remote encrypted stickies... and you can actually see your passwords when you log in.

Yes, and with MozBackup it's a breeze to save it to a safe place or even transfer/sync with another PC or laptop.

I was banned too. Same thing: they wanted a drivers license or passporn. I sent them a scanned copy of my DL because I'm too lazy to change all those links.

I sent them a black and white copy of my driver's licence and of course they then demanded a color copy of my drivers licence. So it's off to change out those Bangbros links . . .

I didnt receive any info on it, but I havent been able to login for two weeks now. Ive sent an email last week and once again over the weekend and havent heard from either.

I know I don't post here much but this thread caught my eye.. Long time affiliate of them, went to login last week and account didn't work.. I hit up an affiliate manager on ICQ and he told me my account was closed and terminated due to CB of two sales - no email no notice it was canceled just terminated..

Was kind of ticked and how the rep delt with me but figured if they don't want my business i"ll move it elsewhere

Wow, I never promoted BB due to a personal issue with them from a few years ago. Now I'm glad, I've had CB from all the programs I produce and I've haven't been locked out (knocks on wood!!) I always thought CB's were a part of life, it happens.

I wasn't affected by any of this but I'm in the process of converting my BB sites to other sponsors after reading several boards on this subject. It's a shame that some sponsors shed any semblance of ethics when the going gets rough.

I have used them many years ago as some backup sponsor,
where I have make 50$ per month :)
few payment's have arrive, then one payment not arrive , no answer for my emails etc.
but stats and account was working fine during next few month's

then after 1 or 2 years I have try login to them and i can't - looks my account was close

they are on my personal black list just like amateur pages (now its adult dot coom ? )
- they have close my account many years ago too without reason (maybe they work fine now but I never try them again - there's so many other's who always paid and don't close account's for some unknow reason)

and on that list are only those two sponsor's (I know that for many they could be great but not for me and few my friends who are foreign), for me all other's big sponsor's are good as gold |bananna|
