1st day of July & I am BOMBED with work. We owe a couple scenes on one site, so doing 1 today & 1 tomorrow. Plus the usual Friday reports. Need to get all this shit done so I can fuck off proper Sunday & Monday

Happy Canada Day! |canada| We got the Grandson overnight so I got up with him and am working a bit on my laptop while the wife sleeps in a bit since I got to go for |beers| at 5pm yesterday :D Bartender poured my beer right out of the tap and it kept fizzing in the glass for several minutes as if someone dropped an antacid in it lol, weird as no one did, I watched him pour it. And no, I didn't drink it, returned it for a new brand altogether. Thinking now, must have been soap or something in the glass. |huh

Ok, I hear the wife walking about, she mut be getting up. Off I go, got work to do once she takes over |escape|

I must say, I too am overwhelmed.

We're trying to arrange care for my BIL but that's not happening immediately so I am one of the main caregivers. Up to a hour (or more) round trip to his place then I need to do shopping, help him do his shit, etc. He's just not very bright at all and that makes everything twice as hard for him and me.

I ordered a walker for him from Amazon. It was supposed to be "out for delivery" yesterday and then I got a message that it couldn't be delivered and to expect a refund. What's the fuck with that? Well, I'll have to buy one in the store tomorrow as everything is closed today.

Two good things in my life are the Blue Jays. They play 4 |baseball| games over the next 3 days. I'm also looking after my niece's |dog for a couple of weeks. She's a real sweetie. I think I like dogs more than most people.

Now, a shower then work.

Up early to do a little work and then outside at 6:30 to do some more digging. I could pay someone to do it but I'm using it as exercise.

Need to get some breakfast while I cool down and then back to grunt work with and without tv.
