Mine is the worst lately, got too much radiation and chemo for the head and neck area so my brain is damn foggy

Re cache plugin, I installed WP Supercache and my host dropped it and installed the cache plugin. They recommend it in case you get a lot of traffic all of a sudden. The plugin is serving cached html versions of the php pages saving the server from a big boom.
