I don't expect this will effect adult LL selling traffic links but who knows with google...

Might be connected with them also trying to crack down on aggregator sites in the SERPs like Monster Market that has no content and just links to other sites.

I could swear that Google issues a warning about paid links every year or so. Maybe I'm just imagining it.
