I think those sponsor linked thumb images with your gallery page ads would be considered blind by many.

amadman hit the nail on the head - instant decline if we see thumbs linked to the sponsor.

Also, you might want to look at your galleries on a 1024 or 1152 wide screen res as they look like shit. Read this thread for some tips

you have word "fuck" on your warning page. One of my free site was declined becouse I have "fuck" in meta tags

wow the F word in a meta tag got you declined damn ...but its part of the domain and its saying where they are going so I don't think it would be declined for the word fuck.
BUT damn fuck in a meta tag decline thats rich
