Is this the correct payment information?

The first and last tables seem to be the same but with different payouts. What am I missing?

The "2 Year w/ Elite $29.95 Payout $25.00" Renewal Payout $26.00
I guess we get $25 on the join and $26 on the recurring.
The surfer pays $29.95 to join and then $39.95 each month.
Is this correct?

I'm confused by the "2 Year" part. Does the surfer sign a contract or something?

We dont use plan 1 as far as I know there are some old webmasters who might be on that, but for some reason the revshare makes us and the webmaster more money.
We have two types of memberships, there is a basic where members can access some of the content but not all. Members are offered 1 or 2 year memberships at the prices above. They always get a free month of elite access that lets them access the whole site. After the free month it rebills for 39.95. They can call and cancel there elite membership but they still have access to the basic where we try to upsell them.
You are right with how much you get paid for a 2 year basic membership.
I hope this explains it a lil better, it is our most confusing part.
The two year or one year is not really a contract. Once they pay for it they have that basic access for that period of time.

My first site I did gets paid differently, since it is old, but all the rest follow what is on Plan 2.

initial payout 1 yr $15
initial payout 2 yr $24
all rebills $22
