Fuck it seem. I can't access colo-cation.com. Must be to the same servers JuicyAds is one, can't access their site either for months now

How the hell am I supposed to print out my invoices now?

Have you tried using different DNS on your computer?
Try Google DNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
or
Open DNS
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

But that DNS thing doesn't seem to work. Maybe my cache needs to clear first...
