Talking Holland vs England

http://www.thefa.com/England/MensSen...amesSquad.aspx

Tonight in Amsterdam, England are playing Holland in an international friendly.

I am wondering if Fabio Capello will take the opportunity to experiment with the squad ahead of the World Cup Qualifier in September?

Either way, I think England are really blossoming under Capello and Holland will perhaps get their asses kicked.

I guess not many of you get over to Europe too much these days.

Final score Holland 2 - England 2.

I live in England, but I rarely follow men's football, was not even aware of the match 'till I saw this thread, and still don't really care. However I remember the last big English match (World Cup? European Cup?). It got down to a penalty shootout. I was not watching the game but I knew when England scored because most of the country cheered, and even with closed windows I could hear the cheer. And later, talking to friends, I found that everyone heard the cheer, except my father who lives in the countryside with only two close neighbours.

Unfortunately after that England went on to loose.

But after 1966, that appears to have been our constant game plan.

I have bin watching the soccer game, i was a bit surprised that England didnt beat the dutch in the second half, because thats how it always goes for the dutch, they play good in the first half and bad in the second half and i wished they switched that Babel guy of the dutch team for a better guy in the second half, or better also the first half
