What a finish to the 2013 season. A massive blowout leaving Seattle fans raving and Denver fans reeling. It was like watching a trainwreck where the train hadn't even left the station yet. For Peyton Manning it means he now holds the record for most losses in the post-season. For Seattle it's simply their first SB win in the history of the franchise.

In the pool it was a different story. Lace held the lead for most of the regular season, but once the playoffs were upon us the lead was siezed and held by others, until finally the gap between 1st and 2nd place was too wide to overcome by anyone.

Fonz, you should partner up with someone. Have that person give you a phone call every Tuesday reminding you to make your picks. When you win the $1000 you give them a cut.

In fact, since I appear to have no hope of ever winning anything with my own miserable picks I should start up a service like that.
