wordpress press template

hey... i'm looking for someone to apply a template to a word press login. the design would be already completed and "html'd" out... just need it to be converted into a wp template. i had a guy doing some for me but the cat bounced....haven't heard from him in a couple months.

There are two guys whom I worked with and they run summer specials now, i can recommend them and say only the best about them.
