PC Ordering Tuesday ... (03/13/2012)

Good morning. Well, this is a good sign that Spring is around the corner. A couple of Mallard ducks are back for another year in my pool!

Thank Gawd for laptops otherwise I would be silenced. My desktop PC started to crap out yesterday. I started to set up an old computer I had but it was just to damn noisey. Not really bad but I like a silent computer so I ordered a Asus Veriton that fits on the back of a monitor. Not much power but it is to keep documents, financial records and pics so I don't need much. It's coming tomorrow!

Just working on sites and waiting for a prospective client to call. Later I will take my daughter to her therapist and then at 8pm its NBC's The Biggest Loser.

People still buy desktop computers for general use???

Never made it out kayaking last night due to everyone but me getting stuck at work plus it got real windy. So going to try again tonight which is probably better since we went out and bought a bunch of AAA batteries (our kayak lights take AAA batteries) since just about everything we own that takes AAA batteries died yesterday.

Work, gym, more work and then planning on putting my fat ass in a little plastic boat for an evening paddle.

Yup, people still use desktops, I would not want to even try to render 3D video or pics on a laptop, the heat the cpu puts out I have a feeling most laptops would have big issues with it.

Working on trades on linkspun, then working on my free sites. I added the sites I'm concentrating on trades to google webmaster tools today, so I can track additional traffic (hopefully) as I get more trades going.

Nice to read success stories from linkspun. I have a site that used to rank very well for a few choice terms, I'm hoping to get some of those back (or at least back in the top 10).

Trying to get my ducks in a row before I go in for surgery on Thursday - I'm really gonna hate not being at my desktop computer for 5 days

What RedCherry said plus, aside from not wanting to have financial records on a laptop, I use the desktop as a TV with the analog cable feed I get from my cable company.

Morning. Had to take the lady downtown for some lovely jury duty. She is hoping to not get stuck on something. She made some lunches last night and so I'll be meeting her downtown for lunch and hanging out at a park.

Today I'm just working on some coding ideas. At some point I'll get around to a ton of data entry. That and I need to get back to import more videos. I think when that starts I might start watching some TV I have saved up.

Finshed a lovely dinner of hamburgers on the grill as today was the nicest day this year so far. Lots of good weather will hopefully be coming our way.

Besides that it's the usual plus photoshopping some pictures for my wifes business. Good evening everyone.
