You ever have one of those days where you work & work & work and at the end of the day, you look & it appears if you did nothing? I had one of those days yesterday

I did manage to get a new advertiser for the board - one that I know a lot of you will like

Packers vs Bears tonight in The Pool House since I splurged & got FiOS down there last year (fucking Time Warner)

Good morning.

Usual crap for me today. Might hit a pub to watch some of the football game tonight. There's a place not too far from me I was at for last Wednesday's game. I had 4 pints and chicken wings and it wasn't even $30, gotta like that. lol

Been up since before sunrise, not by choice. Christy got up way too early to go to yoga and then three scared cats jumped all over me due to the thunder storms this morning.

Just a day of work planed along with a couple of small errands.

One of the errands is to go by BoA's ATM to take cash out of a non BoA account and then deposit it into my business account. Now that I can use my iPhone to deposit checks I never use ATMs anymore but oddly I can't use my iPhone to deposit cash. So far over the last two days I've gone to two ATMs that were out of order and then yesterday went to a working ATM only to realize that I had left my ATM cards at home. I guess I'm making up for not using an ATM in many months.

Windy, windy, windy last night, and, broke another rear spoke on my bike - on the drive side again, which means, remove the gears (reminding me I need to get that chain whip - oddly named tool, almost sounds related to BDSM).

So, in four months, I've lost 2.5" off my waist and 15 pounds. While that wasn't my intention, and I didn't really realize I had weight to lose, I now need to buy new shorts because a few pair won't stay up.

Morning all.

Went out this morning and used the bug blaster to kill the aphids on my plants, picked some kale, romaine lettuce and radishes. Got them all cleaned up and now sitting down to start work.

@CD34 congrats on the weight loss. I've been kind of stuck where I am, been adding muscle, but no loss of pounds.

I typically weigh myself every 14 years or so. I only weighed myself when I started riding as Strava uses it to calculate wattage and effort. When I noticed I needed to buy new shorts, I weighed myself again.

I think you need a BMI scale to really gauge things. Muscle is twice as heavy as fat (I think), and muscle burns more calories. Virgohippy and I were talking about that a bit over the last few days. All I know is, I made no real changes except riding and I try to ride (vigorously according to the chart) an hour or two every day.

Spent most of the day getting our friend into a long term care facility. Lots of hand holding and paperwork to do. I think her initial reaction was positive.

Now I am taking my daughter to her therapist

Later, I am working on a mainstream client's website conversion from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5. I am struggling with permission problems but I had some ideas on how to fix that today. They are on shared hostiing so some of that is out of my control. Wish me luck!

I don't believe in that BMI stuff since muscle does weigh more than fat and I know some people who are very muscular and are above the BMI limit. I'm above it so I must have a lot of muscle mass

Good evening by the way. My gf's brother is coming over from NYC to spend the weekend with his family and specially with his godchild (our son) who he has only seen twice since he was born. That's a nice surprise. Ok, time for an hour of PS3 now and then it's off to bed.
