But I am now not sure what to think I honestly believe our friend Leroy is setting up a dummy multi account as at least Ergon...and I admit there may be a valid explanation (I hope so) I posted in two threads that he would get emails about...and HE CAME TO THE BOARDS I PM'd him, and he ignored it When this supposed new submitter EGON posted 2 threads Leroy was there immediately to welcome him. But amazingly Ergons site is REGISTERED to LEROY! Now there may be explanations to this, and Leroy had ample time to make a comment...which he deemed not to do...and that is his right BUT I honestly believe he may be setting up +rookie+ accounts to get to submit more (fuck he barely submits now) I may be wrong in this...and hope I am...BUT HE HAS NOT RESPONDED AT ALL...so I banned him Fuck all 6 of my sites don't generate enough traffic to impact him...but some of yours do...so thus this post I refer you to the following threads http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/...ad.php?t=61044 http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/...ad.php?t=61043 |

Why didn't you email me? My email is in my sig. Or even try to AIM/ICQ me? You know that while GG is a great forum, there are others out there wherein I spend most of my time. And if I don't respond to your question for a few days, it's because I am juggling other pressing matters. This thread is now on this forum with my name, and my friend's name whose only crime was to help a friend. If you were going to ban anyone, ban me. But Leroy has put a long time establishing a reputation of honest integrity, and he has done nothing wrong. My guess is GG admins won't delete this thread from this forum for any amount of begging. So how do we resolve this?
Obviously I'm not cheating. I'm only doing what I've been taught here. That's to help people. Look at the ref codes, look at the designs, looks in your access logs. I have never hid anything, lied to anyone. Funny how helping someone submit freesites turns into me being thought of as a cheater.

Meatpounder who was only too trigger-happy to write us off as cheaters without giving it an honest try to prove otherwise and in the grand scheme of things lost only time by partially researching internet whois databases but keeps his untarnished reputation? Or an upstanding netizen like Leroy who's good deed true to the old saying never went unpunished will have his record tarnished by actually having done nothing but try to help a novice like me earn a second income for him and his family? first off I respect everyone in this thread and like/trust/friends and I been sorta watching who was goona say or do next and what
no meat this didnt happen because we all know his submit habits and it doesnt add up, if the tube domain was bought around the same time as egonspengler3 came around... then we can assume he did 2 things, picked that for his buddy to build on to help the root for se traffic and promote the tube or maybe he thought having a tube and building free sites off it was dirty on a mostly LL board and us LL people hate tubes and they did help in a big way kill off a chunk of our money and he made up his buddy or then again he told his buddy I'll buy a domain host it and you start the process of aging it and building links and I get all the sales from the tube and you keep the sales from the free sites also whats strange is his free sites he posted look like he is learning on building and take the root it has a tube with pages did he cheat us or do anything wrong? Actions Taken:
1. I have articulated as best as I could the circumstances behind all of this. 2. My request to delete this thread was vetoed by Greenie before I can even ask. 3. I have replied to the threads begun by Meatpounder asking him for a phone number to prove to him we are two different people. 4. I have emailed Meatpounder and cc'd Leroy directly asking him exactly what proof he wants. What's the next step from here? Egon |

Egon - you're new, so you don't really know what one of these "cheater" topics looks like. 99.44% of them are vicious.
This was by far the most polite possible cheater thread I've ever seen  As far as resolving it, if Meatpounder says he's happy, then everyone else will follow. PS - Leroy PM'd me asking me to delete this thread, so I wasn't being proactive, I was just stating policy. |

I think you missed my point. Letting everyone know up front that Egon was a friend that you were helping get started, that you'd set up the domain for him in your name, etc. would have answered all the questions before anyone had a reason to ask.
You had to know that LL owners were going to check the WHOIS, that's standard procedure. At this point I think everyone is satisfied with the explanation, except for you and Egon, who still have a mad on about being asked about it all. Quote:
