TGIF - January Is Almost Done! (2014-01-31)

Good morning!

Well, January is in the can -- almost. Just a day of work here. My daughter is finished a term of school so she gets the day off.

The weather people are forcasting 10-15 cm (4-6 in) of snow tomorrow. I actually don't mind the snow. I live in Canada after all. It the unusually cold weather (-20C / -4F or worse) that is a bitch.

Maybe a Netflix movie when my wife gets home tonight.

It's Friday which means doing Foxy's updates and then doing my usual daily grind.

It's confirmed, today we was told our next apartment indeed would be ready february 15th.
Hooray! (This place is to small, landlords kid is sleeping next door, snow took our tv yesterday, we can't get to the antenna, basically; it's a hate apartment this one)

Hoping for a relaxing weekend.
Haven't touched alcohol or any form for candy entire january, looking forward to a glass of wine

Just another day in the neighborhood for me then a few beers after work are in order I think. Haven't had a drink since Vegas, that'll be 2 weeks.

Good Day

Was finally able to pick up my car last night even thou I will need to take it back in a couple of weeks. The dealer finally figured out the warranty company is in Atlanta which had been snowed in and that's why they could not get in touch with them. Not thrilled about having to take it back but at least they give me a real nice loaner car.

We actually got a little bit of rain. I just had a full detail job done on the car so it makes sense for it to rain right after picking it up
