Help with a submit error

I get these from time to time from the tgp brownie sites and have yet to figure out what its talking about.

An anchor is basically the html link tag (a href=http://blahblah.com). So I believe this is saying less than 35% of links are not seemingly going to actual content like pics or movies. Probably many external links?
