Ethnic porn purchasing demographics

For all the ethnic niches out there, are the people signing up often of that ethnicity, or is it white people? Is the customer split at different ratios for different ethnicities? I imagine it would be.

I know demographic information about people who join sites is typically scarce, but I wonder if anyone has been able to detect trends? It would make a big difference with respect to marketing strategy.

all you really get is the name and address, which most of the time you can't tell if that customer is black or white or whatever. sometimes you can assume a customer is asian or latin from their name, but not always.

Firstly, the only ethnicity our program really has dealt with in detail has been latina. Having mentioned the possibility (and likelihood) of the data varying from one ethnicity to the next, I certainly don't know everything about everything. Before diving into a new niche for new paysites, I think it's wise to do some market research. That's what I was trying to do.

Secondly, we're certainly not the only sponsor on this board. Other affiliate programs who have developed ethnic porn in depth might have something to add, from which we could all learn.

Thirdly, affiliates could quite possibly study the markets they promote just as sponsors do. Affiliates are often the marketing front-line, and (especially for niche free sites) would cater to their to-be-buying surfers with appropriate design and text. That being said, it's not impossible that affiliates would investigate the matter with sponsors/friends and find out for the particular ethnicity(ies) they promote.

My point is this:

1 - it's not like countries where you can get the info from a browser or IP. I don't think IE has an "ethnicity" box for me to check

2 - you run paysites, so if anyone would have this data, it might be the CC companies. Or, put up a survey inside your paysites & see what you get.

3 - it's probably very hard to market for a specific ethnicity unless you are that ethnicity (same goes for marketing to foreign languages) I'm a typical t-shirt & jeans white guy & most of my marketing is geared towards other pot-bellied white males.

Fine. It's a legit topic & I'll send $100 to anyone that can post a link to some stats & research that have been done on the subject.

The report has to show the percents of many ethnic groups that have signed up to paysites, sorted by the ethnicity of the paysite they joined.

If someone were to ask about Latina demographic specifically I could tell them that the majority of the the people who send emails to Talia are white, then black then latino. You'd be suprised how many people send pictures!

I'll kick in an extra $50 for the report as it will help in finding out this info.

The only niche I know of where customers tend to be of the same ethnicity is Indian.

This is not quite what you were asking, but it might help you work out what you want to know:

Some time back I found a traffic seller who was selling traffic from Oriental Asia (Japan, China, Korea, etc.) at a ridiculously low price. I purchased it and sent it directly to a Japanese sponsor who sold to that market (his sites were in Japanese, Korean, and at least one Chinese language). I got about three times as many sales per click as I do from clicks going from my English language free sites to American sites that specialised in Oriental girls.

In other words if my (extremely limited) experience in this area is enough to hang a statistic on: Taking American surfers who have already expressed an interest in Oriental girls (by clicking a link); about three times as many Oriental men will buy porn featuring Oriental girls as will American men.
