Good Good Friday Friday
It's eerie in Erie County this morning That joke never gets old Lots of work yesterday & the plan for today is the same. Ramster's got me grunting in my sleep Looking forward to a nice steak dinner tonight BTW: If you want to sum up the Mueller Report to someone, simply tell them that the DOJ will not indict a sitting President & then have them read this: |

TGIF
Went out yesterday afternoon and got a bit drunk Limited food and quite a few beers will do that And my niece was nice enough to wake me up at 5:45am to drive her to work, which thankfully is Tim Horton's so I was able to load up on |

Morning.
Crappy sleep so I see a nap in my future. I like holidays like Good Friday because people leave me alone and I can do I want. No one expects much of you on Good Friday. No gym today, just work on a few things I want to do. Have a great day! |

Good Morning
After a doctor visit they believe it's just a severe deep bruising that will probably take another 3 to 4 weeks. That does not help with stuff I was suppose to accomplish. The doctor is down by the beach so I decided to take the long way home and cruise along the coast in which was nice. I was a bit sore last night but today my upper back is flared up, tight with spasms causing much discomfort. I can only assume this was from driving since using the steering wheel uses different muscles then doing nothing behind a computer. Can't wait to see my chiropractor on Monday. Unfortunately I have to run a quick errand in a couple of hours so trying to loosen up those muscles to deal with the drive. Enjoy your Good Friday! |
