Monday September 14th (aka It's Cold In Buffalo!)
Morning!
We went from highs in the mid 80's for the 1st 10 days of Sept to highs in the mid 50's the last few days. It's like I live in England or something! I watch a lot of football yesterday My beloved Bills Indy, my 2 local Fantasy Football teams everyone else in each league, and my entries at Draft Kings are making me I didn't nap yesterday but I did fall asleep before the end of the 4:00 games But that's OK as The Bitch had to get up at 6:00 for an early appt, so here I am |

Morning
Quite warm here with AC running all day and night. Still in a bit in a funk that I need to shake off. |

Hot and muggy here.
Yesterday was a good day. Bought a bunch of clothes at Old Navy that were around $80 before sale prices for $1 after their sale prices plus using my earned points on my Gap Visa card. Then had a bunch of friends over for movies. Watched Maleficent and Dragonfly while eating pizza and popcorn while drinking beer and enjoying Today I'm doing my usual adult work and then going to the gym. |

Good afternoon.
Back to work for me after being at a friend's cottage all weekend. Up at 7am and on the computer since and that is the plan pretty much all week. |

Still trying to get to grips with the "real world" after spending three days in the asshole end of nowhere!
Seriously! Saturday I was taken to the county agricultural show. As we arrived the tannoy was shouting "For those of you who want to see the floating lady... you just missed her." Although the speaker did go on to tell us how impressive she had been! A real live lady floating in mid air! But luckily we had arrived in time for the parade of tractors, which was, as the name suggests, farmers driving their favourite old tractors round the parade ring. Also got to see them display their best livestock (sheep, cows, and horses). So I can honestly say that I have seen, with my own eyes, mark you, my own eyes the best Herefordshire bull in the county! Beat that for a weekend treat! I also got to watch the "goose dog trials" (a sheep dog rounding up geese). AND I got to see the latest type of grass seed (ideal for grazing) PLUS I got to look at loads and loads of agricultural equipment. - Bet your Saturday was not that exciting. Oh, and luckily the floating lady gave a second performance later in the afternoon, so I got to see the floating lady as well! Amazing the things you see when you spend Saturday in a muddy field on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Quote:
