What's going on with AL4A?

Does anyone know what in the world is going on with AL4A? Since they started their preferred webmaster program, I have had nothing but trouble submitting galleries to them. My submissions aren't going through at all and it's saying that I don't have webmaster access, when i do. In fact, they sent me a new webmaster password which doesn't work, and now my old password isn't working. I have tried to contact them several times and still no word from them after weeks of trying. Does anyone have a contact for them so I can see what's going on? I usually get great response when they list my site, so this fiasco is really hurting my revenue. Thanks for the help!

I have similar problem with them.
After they agree to approve my partner account they told me to switch program and to resubmit and it is done deal. I did it, and nothing happen. I sent them few emails, no response at all. I have no idea how to contact them and solve this...

That's very strange... at least it's not happening to just me :-) If anyone has a contact at AL4A or knows how to correct this problem, please let me know. I do know that they changed ownership not too long ago and I was a little scared about something like this happening.
