Looking for a partner

That is right i am looking for a partner that want to run a sponsor program with pay sites. I have 30 domains ready i have already 6 sites that are ready to go and i really much content and the members area's are done and filled and daily updated.

I need some that can do traffic and marketing with me. I will handle all the hosting, content, update, pay the designers ect. I just need some one that is good in getting traffic or something in that direction.

The program is already running and setup with ccbill.
