If TGPs were still making the money they were 10 years ago, there would be enough of a market for a developer to create and sell such a product, but there has been nothing new for TGPs since TGPX.

I've done the pornstar name as category thing, it works, but it creates other issues.
The gotcha with trying to do what you're wanting to do with TGPX is the fact that it does not create pages dynamically. The pages are all created when you do a daily rebuild, where the searches you want to do require pages built on the fly.

What you want is possible, but the cost is prohibitive in the current market.
