It's Sore as Hell Thursday 20120223
Unbelievable sore this morning. I blame it on babymaker for mentioning trash day yesterday.
 Spent a good part of yesterday cutting down the hedge in front of our house that the White Flies had all but killed. Probably could have saved it with lots of expensive White fly poison but really didn't want to spend even more money on it and plus we wanted it gone anyway. We get to drag it all out to the street late Sinday for Monday's bulk trash pickup. Going to spend today working and that is about as far as I can plan right now. |

Going to http://Superconf.co tomorrow and Saturday. I had hoped to present, but, alas, I was not chosen. Should still be a good time.
The 50k test is hovering around 800, but, is resulting in some interesting data. The stumble point still appears to be in the 22k range based on my calculations even though benchmarking it worked up through 77k and calculated that I couldn't really throw enough machines at it to make that much impact. Hope everyone has a good Thursday!

Morning all.
I had sore as hell Wed. Woke up about 2am with my middle back/abs/diaphragm all spasming on a pain scale of 1 - 10 about an 11. Couldn't get in a position that didn't make it worse, ended up getting sweats and chills going into shock it was so bad. Had some very old flexiril that I took, plus Jim rubbing my back for about an hour until I got it to calm down enough to tolerate. Spent yesterday zonked on flexiril sleeping. So far today I'm stiff, but not too sore. I won't be working out hard a few days, just doing some stretching yoga, and hoping to avoid ever doing that again. It felt really weird not working for a whole day. I hope to get a full days work in today, I'm still a big groggy though from the flexiril so we shall see. Have a good day all, I'm glad mine is better than yesterday's was.
