Now the ones who have already an accound read both rules pages because they are different, it will prevent you from blacklisting

How are we supposed to figure out what the new rules are? It says rules were last updated 2004 - I don't know about anybody else, but I don't keep copies of submit pages so i can check against past pages to see what new rules might have been added.

Why not follow the standard and list the new rules at the bottom with a nice big NEW RULES so we can notice them the next time we submit?

well excuse me bill, if you submit to an linksite on regular bases you KNOW what the rules are (where),and yes you right the date isnt change yet, but it will be , so if the that old line is changed from :updated 2004, to updated 2005, you will suddenly remember the rules?

Stu, I've been subbing to LF since 1999, and PSL since I think 2001 - I've seen those pages a thousand times.

I can't tell what the new rules are. How much more plainly can I say it?

i know bill you submit there an long time ( hey i was an reviewer at those sites for more then a year not so long ago) and thats why you should definitly know the rules which marker and kerry had,( those things are mentioned alot of times on the board, read rules, even you submit at linksites for ages, rules can be changed) only those are not the owners anymore. oke lett me help you here( heheh i have even an submitters accound there):

now that those are the new rules, and ofcourse the rules i have myself for revieweing which will be regular based on the rules from most linksites.
Now link fab is easy, no sponsor content, 3 links to sponsors and other stuff, No Pictures may open on HTML pages. an yep no sponsor content has bin there for ages, but still 80% submit sponsor stuff.
One thing i learned when i made free sites is check the rules page, linksite dont have to email you or post on this board to tell you the rules have bin changed, but still they post and keep people uptodate!

wanna know., premium and link fab have an new linkback since april 2004 they gave the webmasters time for more then a month to get use to the new linkback, and quess what still people use an old linkback which isnt around anymore??? mmm and then wonder why the linksites make so much rules

I do want to suggest that you add these new rule changes to the bottom of your regular rule lists with a big "NEW RULES" heading. As a submitter I really appreciate it when a linklist does that.

You know, I have a very good memory, but I could not pick out the change from 4 links out to 3 links out in the PSL rules, and the other changes were also really hard to spot. Did LF allow pics on pages last time I saw the page or not? I don't know, I don't build sites with pics on pages so maybe it always said that and I just missed it.

I noticed the sponsor content change at PSL, but since I don't use sponsor content I really wasn't sure if it said that before or not.

oh yeah premium sex links had an rule 4 links to sponsors i know, and we changed it this eve to 3 links a page, because we all know most linksites wont allow 4 links a page, bill they are all on the submit page , i see them so everyone should see them.

both linksites allowd to have bigger pics on html pages with an banner and text link ,that has changed now its not allowed anymore

Bill, it are not my linksites i review them, all i can say read the rules, on that point before you decide t submit to those sites, read the rules and then you dont have to think back at the old rules anymore, if the site dont fit by the rules skip the linksites, and try maybe next time

maybe its easier this way , i know the date has to be changed in the date of now, and putting the numbers of the rules which are changed with it, would that work better?

I used to get a decent amount of traffic from them, might put them back on my list. I don't believe my sites break any of those rules. I need to replace a few that I notice aren't listing me at all

i guess if your sites are according our rules, you will be listed. i am not reviewer, stuvel review both link lists for me.
