The rejection email would have had the specific reason it was rejected.

But odds are you were rejected because I no longer accept paysite submissions.

Looks to me like yoou need to be consistent with your naming of the site and also the gallery links. Your sponsor links seem pretty blind in not telling where they are going and there could be a problem with so much linked text and /or the spacing. Nothing official here hust what I see...

It was a mix of 2 things - the title ("Teen"?) and it looks like some of the thumbs are stretched, which makes them look odd.
