Cancer sucks. I've lost so many of my friends to it and most of my family.
Was up late last night with friends that came over to watch a movie. Wa watched Identity on my friend's Amazon account using the Mac mini that I have connected to my big screen. Quality didn't seem as good as what Netflix gives but was good enough to watch. Move is interesting. Not a great flick, but worth watching. ] Not sure what I'm doing today. Might do a little work and then go for a bike ride. My Air BnB guest extended his day into today and is leaving early tomorrow morning which works out great for me as I'm taking two Meetup groups kayaking at noon tomorrow out to Biscayne Bay's sandbar. |

Greenguy - My condolences for your loss.
Cleo - Do they serve beer on a sandbar? I have just booked my holiday, and a coach to get me there. This coming week is school half term, so one of the more expensive weeks to book. Last year a friend of mine went mid November, out of season and about the cheapest time of year. I just paid half what he paid for similar accommodation! Cannot wait to tell him! Had a problem printing out my coach ticket, with both the printer (a coin had fallen in the paper slot) and the server driving it (keyboard knackered out). In the process of getting it going I unplugged the keyboard from my main computer and plugged that into the printer server. Having finished the printing I then tried to boot up my main computer, forgetting it had no keyboard. Sadly it did have the most stupid BIOS in the computing world. It told me there was no keyboard, then gave me a series of options on how to proceed and waited for my response. All the options required me to press a function key.......on the keyboard it had just helpfully told me did not exist! And the worst part is that I sew the error report, realised I had forgotten to plug the keyboard in. But I still hit a function key expecting it to work! Idiot! Well I'm off in a few hours, coach leaves London at eleven thirty tonight (long journey - seven and a half hours, I'll sleep through it). See you all in a week's time! |

Yes there do from the floating restaurant. They will even send it over to where you are via a kayak.

Wow, can't believe it, I'm actually ready early for once. Just got to eat a bit of food, then watch TV until it is time to go!
Bye! |
