do you disable hotlinking on your blogs? does it effect rss usage?

Hi, do you normally disable hotlinking of your images from your blogs?

I have a situation where a blog hosted from blogspot is hotlinking my images and stealing all my content without including links to my sponsors (the fair way)

is there a way in htaccess where i could ONLY blacklist/ban the 1 url/domain from using my content?

The odds are that they are using your RSS feed. Last I checked blogspot is still pretty strict on adult. Report the blog there. I think that would be the easiest especially if it is only one.

To answer your other questions, yes htaccess will affect your RSS feed. I do believe there is a way to limit one domain, just not sure how to do it.

It used to be a lot easier before it was bought by google. Now it seems you have to file a dmca.

Check this out closely because I am no htaccess guru...or even very good at it but I think it will end your problems

yep, but my server dudes just put hotlink protection on, so now every pic on his site doesn load

btw, yea i tried reporting his blog to blogspot for having porn, but it's like impossible to do
