Leaky amateur housewife/wife sites

For a while now I've been looking for amateur housewife/wife sites to promote at my housewife/wife/milf site. I've whittled down the sponsors that I promote there to the ones that convert well. But I want to increase the representation of more amateur stuff there too. A lot of my traffic is looking for real housewives who do their thing with their husband (and the five guys next door, the mail man, etc.) and post it on their web sites. I give them some of that, and I also give them some of the more manufactured fake housewife porn.

The problem is that a lot of promising-looking amateur housewife pay sites are chalk full of traffic leaks. Buy my DVDs here. Check out my hot friends. Go to my Yahoo group. etc. etc. If it was PPC I wouldn't care, but where the affiliate meets the sponsor half-way and we expect the sponsor to convert our traffic, I tend to care a bit more. So I've mostly avoided promoting those sites with very visible leaks. And quite possibly, I've sacrificed potential conversions and satisfied surfers because of my inclination to avoid sending traffic to leaky sponsors.

I've visited a lot of other wife sites (many owned by fellow board members) and have noticed that many of these "leaky sites" get promoted anyway. So my question is to everybody (and especially those board members who run wife/housewife sites): Do they convert so well that the traffic leak problem is rendered moot? Do you think that, in the end, its worth being a bit more liberal with your traffic than being conservative with it?

I'm interested in everyone's opinions and discussion. This has been rolling around my head for a while.

Many of them don't really understand the difference between their own promotional techniques, and having affiliates promote them.

If you ask nice(and do the work) maybe they will host a custom tour(no leaks) for you.

Actually hosting custom tours would be nice for almost every sponsor.|goodidea

That's pretty much the answer, or, at least, the kindest way of stating it. Toby is a professional at promoting true amateur sites, which is what the best wife sites are, and he could probably provide you with a 500 page dissertation on this subject.

Though the best wives I know are little pigs , the broke young moms you're talking about would really need to be married in order to be considered a wife. Otherwise they are simply the girl next door who hasn't quite mastered birth control.

A great deal of what makes an amateur site appealing to many surfers is also what accounts for many of the issues that Agent noted. Many of these sites are being managed on a learn as you go basis. Some are very receptive affiliate input, others are not. You can develop some valuable relationships by giving an amatuer site owner a little help with getting their affiliate program sorted, but you can also spend a great deal of time.

I don't contact nearly as many as I used to. If the leaks aren't glaring and the content is good I'll give the site a try to see if it will convert. One way to get around many of the leaks is to send direct to the tour rather than the main entry page, IF they have mutiple redirect enabled within their CCBill config. Quite often the worst of the leaks are on the warning page and the main entry page.

The nice thing about CCBill sites is that if the conversion ratios just don't cut it you can drop your links and move on, and still get paid for those few sales you did make.

I'm not surprised UW mentioned you Toby, I came across one of your sites today when poking around the various boards looking at wife/amateur sites. (Bevy of Babes, nice site BTW.)

It seems like the more "amateur" the content is, the more amateur the tour setup is, with leaks, bad or broken designs (another gripe), etc. The only programs that I can think of right now that seem to marry good amateurish presentation with affiliate-friendly tours is Naughty4Cash and Frankiebank.

Another area where I'm seeing potential traffic leaks is blogs in tours. Especially where the surfer is sent right out of the tour and onto another web site hosting the blog.

If I want to promote a site that is all leaky and such, I just get a similar domain as to the paysite, maybe the .net extension, and just copy the tour on my own server and take out the leaks.

Ask the sponsor first though cos some get pissy about it.

I like to do this in general anyways as it gives me more control over my own traffic and only goes to the sponsor when the surfer hits the join page.

I've tried hosting with some tours, but then you get into the whole 2257 issue.

Another thing I like doing is pulling the lastest update(s)/cam times onto the custom tour pages, but importing the info from the members area to another domain causes some technical/security issues.

I guess if your super worried about 2257 then you prolly shouldnt host a tour or anything yourself, maybe I dont know enough about 2257 to be worried, but it seems to me anything affiliate wise is rife with 2257 issues. Personally I don't loose any sleep over it.

I fail to see any difference between hosting the images and videos for a freesite and hosting the images and videos for a tour.

As a tour owner, I would say that affiliates should definitely ask before creating a duplicate tour as it would probably cause issues with google for the original site. And there's various copyright issues involved as well.

If all you go by is the tour that you see when you hit their full domain name, you could be missing on a leak-free tour that they designed for affiliates. Always a good idea to contact and just ask, IMO.

Easiest way to find out is to enter the CCBill referral link without a specified redirect URL. If there's an alternate affiliate tour that should deliver you to it.
