Guys
A few days ago I really twisted my back bad. I have tried to work through it but I really think the only way it will get better is by laying down for a day or two. So, that is what I am doing for the rest of tonight and maybe tomorrow. Who knows, by tomorrow, it may be fine.

..and as I used to tell people on "bedrest"...... if you aint bored. you are doing too much.

Feel better Jim, god knows I have a bad back and it's the worst thing ever, would rather have a hangover for a week.

I felt very good this morning but after working, I am getting the pain again. It can't be my chair...I think I have one of the best made. Who knows...

Got to visit my mother anyway which ususally involves me picking her up out of bed and putting her in a chair. And, I would die before I told her I couldn't do it. So, I'm sure I will be back to being in a lot of pain when I get back.
