Epassporte anyone ever have this problem?

Ok two months ago I signed up with them. When I tried to connect the epass account to my bank account. The small deposit they sent, nevr showed up. After 3 helpdesk calls. I was told I should receive an email (in my epass acct) stating that this was fixed. They were to remove the verify my account section so I could start this process over again. Well never got an email and had to close the account and open a new one. Now I'm having the same issue again with connecting my epass to my bank acct and have been told the same thing. Wait 24 to 48 hours for our techs to fix this and you should get a email. Anyone else has this issue?
At this point I cant do anything with this company. All i can do is send money to another person with an epassport acct. If you had issues like this did you get them fixed. If so how?

I had a similar issue, but instead of sending me 2 small amounts they sent me 3 so there was no way to fill in the form properly. Luckily for me I cleared it up with one phone call, but that sounds like a mess. Looks to me like their whole "verification" process could use an overhaul

Try to signup witha debitcard from EU and you will discover real problems! ;-)

When I had my first it took several phonecalls before I managed to get through the verification, but they are always helpful, it's just that verification system being a drag.

Another thing you can do is to signup to a sponsor offering Epassporte cards and payouts.

A bit of a problem I ran into awhile back. Got a new CC with the renewal. Seems that you can't actually use the new one until the old one expires.

Also their exchange rates are a killer. Generally about 10% off the bank rate.

I couldnt get them to accept my account. Something to do with my address not matching the banks records even though it matched my credit card statement and the address I had verified with my bank.. I gave up after the 5th phone call.

Maybe I shouldnt have used that stolen credit card after all

Same here.
I had 3 credit cards blocked. Almost impossible for me to open an account.

I'm having problems too, tried to sign up today with three different credit cards also (just so I can apply for a Tommy's Bookmarks pass). All were declined - my credit cards match my banking address in the UK but I guess the Mexican IP I was applying from triggered some kind of fraud alert.

Funny you guys mention the credit card nightmare. I forgot when I 1st signed up I had credit card issues also. I only wanted 100 bucks in the account to start it going. 1st transaction failed, 2nd one failed, 3rd one was good. When I got my CC bill. They banged the card 3 times. Man I should have charged back the whole thing. Anyway they were able to reverse that nightmare but it sure did screw me up for a day. I'm a numbers nut, keep the check book down to the penny. So when something is off like this I hit the roof and start scrambling for the calulator. Anyway I looked today and still no small deposit. Talked to them on the phone yesterday and still same shit. Have to have there tier 2 techs look over the issue and I should get an email in 1 to 2 days. Yeah just like the emails I was to get the last time. You know I love these processors who jump on these boards and post 2 or 3 posts about how great the service is. I think this time I will go with the annoying phone call every 2 or 3 hours till the issue gets resolved.

I signed up on Saturday and my bank still has not gotten the small charge they were supposed to put thru yet

thats funny because I sent some money to my checking account and it took 7 full biz days - sent it out on the 1st of july and it showed up the 12th the holiday delayed it some but before it took only 3 to 4 biz days so I sent the 35.00 for the eletron card...
