I don't think you got the sarcasm in my reply.

You're planning on charging to get listed on site that has no history and no traffic, when there are plenty of established link lists that provide good traffic, for free, as long as good sites are submitted.

read the initial post... where it says that the first 200 links are free, that means that no reciprocal URL is needed.

And for the featured links... i was surprised to say i had to payments on my first day, like you said, no traffic, no history...
