Just bought 2 PHP Books!

I just bought 2 php books from borders. PHP ADVANCED FOR THE WORLD WIDE WEB, and sams teach yourself php in 24 hours, I'm going to read them all.
BTW, i can return the books in 30 days and get a refund, so I'm going to read them in like a week then return them cool huh? Is their any other good books for marketing and stuff? Also what do you think of these books?

I'm pretty sure you can get some top notch free tutorials around to complement your reading.

If you don't want to keep those books after reading them, why not donate them or something like that?

"PHP Functions - Essential Reference" from New Riders.

Fantastic reference manual. Worth every penny I spent on it and it's a permanent fixture on my desk.

Not Cool.

The authors worked hard to write those books.

I suppose you don't mind surfers who charge back memberships because they can...

Why try and fill your head with a bunch of stuff you may never need (or remember if you do)? The cool thing about having a reference book is that you can look up the info when you need it. Just keep the books and they will serve you much better.

I bought PHP4 Developer's Guide on Amazon at the used books for about $9. It is also a good book.
