six weeks since I started bike riding again and seeing some progress. Played around with two apps, mapmyride.com and strava.com. I like Strava as other local riders can create Segments, and when you ride that segment, your time is added to a leaderboard so it isn't just competing against the clock, but, against other people's times. Mapmyride is a bit more social and is adding Courses to compete, but, their interface leaves a little to be desired.

Other than that, upgrading IOS 6 beta 2 on my development iPhone and working on a bit of code today.

Finally got my refund from PayPal for a site that billed my account twice when I was buying a replacement hard drive for the old iPod that powers my car's music. Ended up buying the drive from another place but not before the first site billed my account twice and never shipped the drive.

Speaking of buying stuff. Ordered two med kits for our kayaks yesterday. Going to add a few things to them like eye wash kits and WoundSeal Powder to Stop Bleeding once they get here.

Just a day of working all day planned for today.

Good Wednesday My Friends

I pretty much got the new PC up & running. Still have to dig up some registration/license codes for a couple programs - and I really hate getting used to a new keyboard

Another typical Wednesday for The Bitch & me. She's out at a Dr's appt now, then I have the ever popular

appt at 1 & physical therapy at 3 - which I am NOT looking forward to

There's also - ssshhhh - a Dunking Tank in my backyard covered with a big blue tarp for this weekend's party

I can't tell you.

If the app was written properly, i.e. used the facilities to check capabilities before setting something - Does camera support focus, ok, allow focus, then it should work. They removed calls to get the Unique identifier, but, that was deprecated before, and the app store stopped accepting apps that use it a while back anyhow due to privacy concerns.

However, I haven't run across anything that has broken yet. Beta2 is a little snappier but I haven't had it running for more than an hour so far.

Morning all.

@Art, I echo the rough week.

@JustRobert, sorry to hear about the extra car repairs. We dropped our car off yesterday too, hadn't changed the oil since April of last year and we finally just went over 3k miles.

Fortunately, the only other thing they found wrong was, we need to replace the windshield wiper blades.

Went out and had a nice lunch.

Got home and had a migraine that took me down all day after that.

Today I plan on doing a full day of porn work, and a work out, since my foot seems to finally be back to normal. (as normal as it gets with the arthritis)

@Greenie, good luck with the computer and finding all the registration stuff.

Good afternoon everyone. I just got back from meeting with my old client and looks I will be working on a new flashy site for her. So I need to make a little game plan and a todo list.
Other than that nothing new, some updates and some task that I still have to finish.
